THE HUMBLE BEGGINING
The Noble House Story began when its founder Mr. Reymont U. Choachuy got sick after eating poorly street food in Muñoz, Quezon City. With the sickness came a vow to bring Filipino street food to the highest level. Using PHP350,000.00 from his own savings, he opened the first Sam’s Everything on Sticks outlet in Tutuban Center Mall, Divisoria, Manila.
It was not easy because competitors sold the same products at lower price but he never gave up his battle cry of clean, reasonably priced street-food. He introduced imported stick products like lobster ball, crab claw, corn dog, shrimp bomb etc. He also utilized high technology in product preparation and presentation.
Sam’s Everything on Sticks became an instant hit. With the growth of outlets and patrons came people asking if they could have a Sam’s franchise. Noble House took the plunge. A franchise consultant was hired to professionalize the business. A commissary was created to serve all outlets and maintain the excellent standard of quality.
The rest, as the cliche goes, is history. At present, Noble House is a successful, multi-awarded franchising company with franchises all over the Philippines.

Still taking inspiration from the streets, Noble House developed more concepts .To date, it has Sam’s Everything on Sticks, Liloan’s Pride Liempo, Tea 101, and Irish Potatoes PH. In 2015, Noble House celebrated its 10th year anniversary.
